1. Scope
These terms apply to the BOLTFRAY website and waitlist, operated by Ertugrul Kolac, Remboldstr. 5, 86356 Neusäß, Germany.
2. Development status
BOLTFRAY is in development. Shown content, values and features (e.g. online play, ranked matches, parties) are development goals and may change. First release is planned for Christmas 2026; this is not a binding date.
3. Waitlist and beta
Participation is free and voluntary. There is no entitlement to a beta invitation. The 100 places are allocated among confirmed sign-ups based on platform and region balance. One sign-up per person; duplicate or automated sign-ups may be removed.
4. Free and cosmetic
The game will be free to play. Purchases and rewards are cosmetic only and grant no gameplay advantage. Planned rewards are not guaranteed. Creating content or leaving positive reviews is never required.
5. Beta terms
Separate conditions (e.g. confidentiality) may apply to the beta and will be communicated beforehand.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
