Request BOLTFRAY account deletion
How to request account deletion by email, what the current commitment covers, and what remains unverified.
Esta página está disponible en inglés y alemán. Se muestra la versión inglesa.
Send your deletion request
Email info@boltfray.com from the email address registered to your BOLTFRAY account and clearly request deletion of your BOLTFRAY account. No sign-in is required to read this page. Opening the email link does not send a request automatically. Never send your password, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Current deletion scope and timing
The published privacy policy promises deletion of your account, chosen player name, game linkage and forum data within 30 days of your request. Existing statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. This is an account deletion request, not simply account deactivation or leaving the waitlist.
Online data and local Practice are different
Online match results/statistics for history and discipline, friends/party data, stored party text messages and an optional uploaded avatar are separate data categories. Their exact deletion or anonymization, backup handling and Unity/provider retention are not yet fully verified; this draft does not promise that all are deleted by the same process. Local Practice history remains on your device and is not uploaded as online match history; a web account request does not remotely erase it.
Current limitations
The current method is an email request. This page does not automatically delete your account. A deletion request option within the app and complete deletion across the website and Unity/provider records have not been verified.
